From Demolition to Completion – A Custom AREI Designs Build

This project began with a complete demolition, clearing the site for a fresh start and a fully customised new build. Using a well-considered design by AREI Designs, we managed and built the project from start to finish ensuring a smooth process and a high quality result. The finished home reflects a strong focus on detail, functionality, and client vision.

New Architectural Build, built in two stages. First stage was new dining area, WC and laundry. Second stage is entry, studio, kitchen, lounge, bathroom , study and bedroom.

Venus Bay

Top story extension to match in with existing house. The extension consists of a family room, bar, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and spotted gum deck.

Wonthaggi

Renovation area includes kitchen, lounge room, dining room, bathroom, toilet and bedroom areas. The extension consists of a large WIR and ensuite, master bedroom and a new outdoor entertainment area.
